1. Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you want to return the goods, please contact us. We will give you the return address for the return. After receiving the goods in our warehouse, you will get a full refund.Send an email via email to shoes@damyuan.com with your defect details and order ID#.

(2) The Damyuan team promises to process your refund within 24 hours after receiving your package. The refund will take 3-5 working days and the money will be credited to your account.

(3) If the return is due to damage, we will bear the return cost.
